Scott R. Halbfoerster
Scott R. Halbfoerster, age 44, of Forks Township, PA, and formerly of Nazareth, PA, passed away on Tuesday, November 20, 2012 as the result of a traffic accident in Towanda, PA. Scott was born in Allentown, PA a son of the late Robert Clifford & Audrey Jane Doyle Halbfoerster, on July 18, 1968. He graduated from the Pen Argyl High School. Scott was a very humble man who wanted to give God the glory for all of his life accomplishments. His most important accomplishment was his family. Scott loved his family to the very core of his being. He believed that family started in the home and modeled this to his children. His wife was the love of his life and their six beautiful children were the blessed result of this love. Scott looked at each one of his children as a beautiful unrepeatable miracle (Hebrews 10: 23-25). Survivors: Spouse, Rebekah, at home; two sons, Lawrence Scott Halbfoerster, five, and Manuel Marc Halbfoerster, three; four daughters, Brittany Marie Halbfoerster, 11, Heidi Ann Halbfoerster, nine, Audrey Jane Halbfoerster, seven, and Elizabeth Carrie Halbfoerster, 10 months, all at home; two brothers, Michael & Pamela Eisenreich, Northampton, PA and Keith & Christine Halbfoerster, De Pere, WI; sister, Debra Margretta, Nazareth, PA; brother-in-law, David & Stephanie Lyons, Albany, NY; sisters-in-law, Ruth Lyons & Rachel & David Waage, all of Cobleskill, NY; father-in-law, George Lyons of Schoharie, NY; an uncle, William J. Halbfoerster Jr., Bath, PA; and several nieces; nephews; and cousins. Services: Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, November 28, at 12 Noon, at the Living Hope Fellowship in Estella, PA with his Pastor Scot Magann officiating. Interment will be in the Warburton Hill Cemetery. Friends may call from 10 a.m. at the church until the time of the service. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the P.
