Frances M. Bishop, 74, of Bethlehem, passed away Thursday, November 15, 2007, in the V.N.A. Hospice of St. Lukes, Lower Saucon Township. She and her husband, Earl J. Bishop, celebrated their 52nd wedding anniversary last June. Born in Riverton, N.J., she was the daughter of the late Roy and Lucille (Almond) Bowers. She was a graduate of Palmyra (N.J.) High School. A homemaker and mother of four, Frances was a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, Bethlehem Township. Survivors: Husband; sons, John Bishop and his daughter Angelina, and Dewaine Bishop, all of Bethlehem; daughters, Michele Bishop of Bethlehem, Frances Remaly, her husband Harry and their daughters, Jennifer, Taylor Mary and Paige, all of Salisbury Township; sister, Mary Zeigler of Palmyra. She was preceded in death by sisters, Elizabeth Bowers and Jeanette Bowers. Services: Visitation, 8:15-9:15 a.m. today, followed by prayers, in Long Funeral Home, 500 Linden St., Bethlehem.
