Kajiwara, Buichi - Merced  
Buichi Kajiwara, 96, passed away peacefully on March 3, 2015 surrounded by family. Up to the end he never lost his characteristic sense of humor. He was born January 30, 1919 in Clarksburg, California. His family settled in Cortez, just outside of Turlock, California. He married his high school sweetheart, Martha Takemura, on April 9, 1945 and, following his internment at Amache Relocation Center in Colorado, began farming in Livingston, California. There he was active in the Livingston United Methodist Church, the Lions Club, and the Livingston Farmers Association. After retiring, he and Martha relocated to Walnut Creek, California. His hobbies included golf, bowling and watching his beloved Giants and Forty Niners. He was preceded in death by his wife of 63 years, Martha, two older brothers, two older sisters, and his many canine companions. He is survived by his children, John (Sandra) of San Jose, Eric (Jo) of Ridgecrest, Judith of Oakland, and Joan Neveu (Bill) of Walnut Creek. He leaves 10 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. A celebration of his life will be held at the Livingston United Methodist Church at 11:00 am on April 11, 2015.

Kennison, James Anderson - Atwater  
JAMES ANDERSON KENNISON "BUDDY to his Family and Friends" MAY 9, 1935 - MAR. 22, 2015 Born May 9, 1935 in Americus Kansas, to the parents of Fay and Lula Kennison. James spent his childhood in Emporia, Kansas then moved to Topeka, Kansas where he owned his own TV repair service moving to California in the year of 2003 to be closer to his family. Where he retired in Atwater Ca. Buddy had a great love for all of his dogs, they were a big part of his life. Survivors include his sisters Betty Collins, Carol Flynn, Judith Vargas, Catherine Kennison and his brother Gerald Kennison. James has many nephew, nieces, great nephew, nieces and even great-great nephews and nieces. James is preceded in death by his parents; Fay and Lula Kennison along with his sisters; Mary Rowen, Pauline Bradsby and his brothers Robert Kennison, Thomas Kennison. James went home to be with his parents on March 22, 2015. Graveside Services will be held at Winton Cemetery, 7651 Almond Ave, Winton CA, 95388 on March 30, 2015 at 10 AM. Relatives and friends are welcome to attend the graveside service and the reception to follow at the Rancho Grande Mobile Home Park Clubhouse located at 851 E. Broadway Atwater, CA 95301.
