THELMA THORNHILL Obituary

October 19, 1918 ~ November 25, 2010

Thelma L. Thornhill, a longtime resident of Atwater, passed away on Saturday, November 25, 2010 at 92 years of age. Thelma was born October 19, 1918 in Maryland to Dixie and Charles Francis. Thelma worked for several years in retail. She loved to knit and do ceramics. For many years she enjoyed bowling and a good game of Bunco with friends.

Mrs. Thornhill is survived by her sons William Thornhill of Fresno and Donald Thornhill of Atwater. She is also survived by her siblings Eugene Francis and Marguerite Televachi both of Maryland. She leaves her beloved grandchildren Eric and Chad Thornhill and her great grandchildren Chase and Taylor Thornhill.

Family and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service on Monday, December 6, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at Wilson Family Funeral Chapel, 1290 Winton Way, Atwater with Pastor Steve Heath officiating. Burial will follow at Winton District Cemetery.

Arrangements are entrusted to Wilson Family Funeral Chapel of Atwater.
