MARTHA PELLISSIER Obituary
Martha Pellissier passed away peacefully on Sunday morning, November 7, 2010 after suffering a stroke on Saturday night. She was 73 years old.
Born in Douglas, Arizona, she grew up in Blythe, CA and settled in Merced in 1964 with her first husband, Smitty. She was the Office Manager at John Roth Chevrolet for 30 years. She married Don Pellissier. They were together 30 years before Don's passing in 2002.
Martha was a very loyal and caring person who enjoyed life, travel, and cherished her many friendships and family. She will be deeply missed by so many.
Martha is survived by her two sisters, Marilyn (Larry) Knowles of Banning, CA; Janice (Ed) Still of Belvedere, CA, and their families; and from Merced, Barbara June Pellissier, Tim (Linda) Pellissier, Dennis (Rene) Pellissier and their families.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the charity of your choice.
A Celebration of Life will be held Sunday, November 14, at the Elks Lodge, 1910 ‘M' Street, Merced, from 11:00am-2:00pm.

My deepest sympathy goes to the family of (Marty) She became a customer of mine a couple of years ago and we became friends also,I will miss her coming in to get her hair done with her witty humor! May you rest in peace my friend and until we meet again,you keep those Angels singin!!!

Although I don't remember Mrs. Pellissier that well, I did attend school and remember her sons Tim and Dennis growing up in Merced. My prayers are with the Pellissier family.
