LAWRENCE SILVA Obituary
Lawrence P. Silva, 86, was born August 26, 1924 in Tracy, CA., and died in his home surrounded by his family December 4, 2010 in Los Banos. Lawrence married the love of his life Darlene in 1952 and they raised 4 daughters. Lawrence's most enjoyment came from spending time with his 7 grandchildren. He loved to collect many things including car models. Lawrence served in W.W.II. in the Pacific. He was a member of the VFW, Parishioner of St. Joseph's Catholic Church and the Los Banos Golden Agers.
He is survived by his loving wife Darlene Silva, 4 daughters Laurette Silva, Karen Louderback, Kathy Rosales (Dan), Janet Main (Frank). and 7 grandchildren. Lawrence will be loved and missed forever.
A Rosary & Mass will be held Thursday, Dec. 9th beginning at 11:00am at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Los Banos. Burial will follow at San Joaquin Valley Nat'l Cemetery.

I will always have fond memories of Mr. Silva and his family growing up next door to him in Los Banos. He was always a very kind man, who obviously loved his family very much. I hope that God will comfort you all during your time of loss.
