Taylor Morrow Obituary

TAYLOR EVERETT MORROW
NOV. 2, 1991 - JUNE 4, 2013
Taylor Everett Morrow was born in Merced California on November 2nd, 1991.  He died June 4th 2013 and our lives are forever changed.
His story began on our ranch surrounded by the McSwain community of people who nurture life the way it should be:  Good loyal friends, hard work, love of country and integrity.  Those attributes defined Taylor Morrow.
Taylor attended McSwain elementary school, followed by high school at Buhach Colony where he graduated with honors.  He helped his Farm Power team achieve the state championship which was always a source of pride to him along with the fact that he never missed a single day of school.
He is the loved son of Jennifer and Armond Morrow, a brother to Austin Morrow and a loyal friend to many.  He balanced a busy hay business with college classes in his chosen major: Crop Science. Taylor still found time to foster his love of modifying his beloved diesel Ford truck and you can ask any of his friends and they will point to modifications on their trucks compliments of Taylor as well.  Taylor also never backed away from his civic duty.  He was principled and not content to watch from the sidelines.  He used Facebook to organize  petitions on issues of constitutional rights and rallied his friends around issues of the 2nd amendment.  We can say that no one ever accused our son of being politically correct, but he was politically involved.
Taylor Morrow leaves behind his parents, Jenny and Arnie, his brother Austin, his grandmother, Priscilla Morrow and many  Aunts, Uncles and cousins.  Taylor is predeceased by his grandparents Edward Morrow and Ernesto and Nina Querio.
Taylor died young, but he lived a full life truly respected and loved.  He made others feel cared about and special which is a rare quality for someone so young.
A celebration of life will be held at 3320 Baily Road, Merced at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, June 12, 2013, burial to follow at Merced District Cemetery.
Donations can be sent to MSEFCU @ P.O Box 1349 Merced CA 95341. These donations will be used for a scholarship in Taylor's name at Buhach Colony High School for FFA Farm Power.  The memory of this country boy will survive.

May the Morrow Family take the words "Life is not measure by the breaths we take, but the moments that take our breaths away," to heart. Taylor left this world way to young for our understanding. Thankfully he was determined to make every breath count. Many prayers of comfort, and knowing some day, you will all be together and what a day of rejoicing that will be.

Dear Priscilla & Family,
We are so shocked & saddened to learn of the loss of your grandson. The loss of a family member is always difficult, but even more so when the loved one is as young as he was. If you keep his cherished memories alive in your hearts, he will always be with you, just as his grandfather, Ed Morrow's, memories live on with his old Lions Club buddies. Our thoughts & prayers are with you & your families.
Sincerely,
Steve & Valora Teranishi

Taylor was a wonderful person. He was mature and responsible beyond his years. He was always there if we needed help. One of the things that I remember is that he always had a smile on his face. I am privileged to have known him. Rest in peace.

We are so very sorry to hear that Taylor passed, we all loved him so much. Taylor was such a big part of my boys, and Stan's & my life. Taylor living right next door to Stan,we seen him work so hard,he instilled alot in a young men, like my boys. Work hard, live hard he told me..I know Taylor was such a very strong young man. Proof of his strength ,was when you watch him kick his sickness at the hospital, even when he came home. Even joked about the hospital and aint nothing,i cant handle. Taylor left such a impact on my son Seth Hawks. They went to school together at Merced JC. Taylor was a teacher,of many things,Mechanic, student, hunting, strong work ethic. Which shows young people of his generation that you can do it all,if you don't give up,no matter how hard it gets..Taylor proved that, and then some.. His life has left a mark on this world and will be missed.. Thank you for such a great gift, having a good man like Taylor.. God bless you all..??

Taylor's passion for life and liberty will never be forgotten. He was one of the most intelligent and compassionate people I have ever had the opportunity to call my friend.

I don't even know where to start. Even though you were friends with my brother-in-law, we only became good friends in the 14 months or so. You loved our family, and we loved you. I'll never forget our adventures and experiences, and you have made a lasting impact on my life, and given me great memories, of which, I'll never forget. This past year with you has been the best year of my entire life, and I believe that you were a big part of it. After my daughter was born and I had knee surgery, you came around and helped around the house, despite just beating lymphoma. You always appreciated our cooking, and you loved the carne asada I made you. I know my words sound like a jumbled mess, but with a million words bouncing in my head, if I could say one last thing to you, it would definitely be "Thank you for sharing your wonderful life with us. Our family is truly blessed to have spent so much time with you, and if I had known that God needed you so soon, I would have had you over even more." I miss and love you, so please save us a few spots in heaven. Until then, rest in peace brother.
Good bye Tay.
