Lucille Kathleen (Walker) Espinosa. Mama, Grandma Lu, 
Aunt Tootie were her families favorite names for her. Born October 17, 1921 in Dos Palos, CA to Milton and Myrtle Walker. As a young girl, the family later moved to Merced where she would spend the rest of her life.  Lucille was one of 16 children who have all preceeded her in death.  In 1938 she married the love of her life Henry Espinosa. (Papa Hank)  They were married for 61 years until his death in 2000. She was a homemaker and was known for her delicious enchiladas, tamales and sopas.  She loved reading, garage sales and going to the casinos. Also preceeding her in death, her daughter Patricia Kaminski.  She leaves behind her children, daughters Bonita Gallegos, Melissa Bargas (Anthony), sons Adrian Espinosa and Mickey Espinosa (Aurora). 15 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren, 12 great-great-grandchildren.  She will be greatly missed by her family and those who were privieldged to know her.  Her patience and unconditional love were her beautiful gifts to each and everyone she loved.

Vigil Service with Rosary will be held on Friday, July 11, 2014 with Vigil Service to be held at Stratford Evans Merced Funeral Home, 1490 B St., Merced, Ca from 4:00-6:00 pm. and Recitation of the Rosary held at Our Lady of Merced Catholic Church, 459 W. 21st, Merced, Ca at 6:00pm.  The Funeral Mass will be held at Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church on Saturday, July 12, 2014 at 9:00 with interment to follow at Calvary Cemetary.
