Rosi was born on February 14, 1962 to Sabine Bonita Wolff and Hans Karl August Wolff in Illinois. Rosi moved to San Jose, California in the early 1980's. Rosi met her soul mate, James "Jim" Roy Freeman in 1986. Through their 25 years of marriage, the couple had taken many trips.
