Resident of San Jose
Slawomir passed away suddenly on a family trip to Poland. He leaves behind his wife, Jean, and his children, Norbert, Katie, Robert, and Monica. Also, his mother, Janina, relatives residing in Radomsko, Poland, and many good friends.
Family and friends are welcome to attend a Memorial Mass held on August 8, 2014 at 12:00P.M at St. Francis of Assisi Church in San Jose. A reception celebrating his life immediately follows at 1:00P.M.
