Warren Lloyd Herr, 80, went home to glory on Thursday, February 14th, 2013, in Palo Alto, CA. He was born in Farmington, New Mexico, on May 15th, 1932. , but grew up in San Diego. Soon after graduating from Fresno State University with a major in Business Administration and Minor in Air Science in 1955, he entered the U.S. Air Force
. Warren graduated as a 2nd Lieutenant in 1956 and served 2 years in active service as an Air Force Navigator. He was Honorably Discharged in 1970 having achieved the rank of Captain. Following his period of active service Warren explored an MBA at USC and at that point became a lifelong Trojan fan. Warren subsequently went on to have an extremely successful business career in sales, before serving nearly two decades as a Senior Vice President of Marketing for two Fortune 500 companies. Warren and his family settled in the greater San Jose area and he remained an involved church member in that community throughout his life. Most recently, Warren called Trinity Bible Fellowship his church home. Warren is survived by his three daughters, Licia Herr, Holly Heidebrecht and Shannon Neufeld as well as his former wife Judith Branch and his sister Charleen Hayter. He leaves behind seven grandchildren: Spencer, Keenen, Sophie, Gabrielle, Gillian, Noah, and Avery and numerous nieces and nephews. His final resting place will be at Mount Hope Memorial Park, Morgan Hills, California. A memorial service is to be held at Trinity Bible Church, 280 Llagas Rd, Morgan Hill, Thursday Feb. 21 at 6:30 in the evening, with arrangements being made by Habling Family Funeral Home in conjunction with Trinity Bible Fellowship, in Morgan Hill.
