Laura was my Director, Boss and dear friend. Very few souls have a lasting impact on anyone, and her mark on my life is indelible and forever-lasting. I will miss her counsel, her laugh, her ability to see all sides of things and the gift of being all things to everybody. I will see you again one day, .... and promise to bring fresh coffee with me.
Rest in peace Laura ..

Laura was lucky in love. She was adored by many. Her parents gave their family a happy home life, and this was evident in the way she treated others.
Laura was always one of the most open minded people. Understanding and caring. I am glad to have been a part of her memories. She gave me a sense of EGBOK; "everything's gonna be OK." Here's to a life well lived. My deepest sympathies.

I've come back to this page at least a 100 times trying to figure out how in the world I could possibly write down what Laura has meant to me. There is not enough space to say it all. I will say that I met her when I was 17 and she was just 31. She was wise to the world and knew so much. I looked up to her....she watched over me, guided me, loved me. I will remember her for the rest of my life. She taught me to be a good friend and to laugh through hard times. I am so thankful that I had her in my life.

Laura was an amazing person, I will miss her dearly! She always knew how to cheer us up at work during stressful times. She shared on several occasions how much she loved her sons. And also how excited she was about Jim’s colorful fish business. We enjoyed her company and laughter during our monthly birthday potlucks. The office feels so empty with out her. But I know she would want us to go on with a positive spirit and smile. My prayers are with all of her family and friends.
