Passed away peacefully in San Jose, CA. Devoted son of the late Sam and Mary Lima. Beloved brother of Richard Lima and Marilyn Weaver. Loving free spirited uncle dedicated to family and friends. Tony was the designated artist for the San Jose Giants for 28 years.Friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service Thursday, January 26, 2012 at 12:30 p.m. at LIMA-CAMPAGNA-ALAMEDA MISSION CHAPEL, 600 S. Second St., San Jose.

I also just discovered you have left us Tony! I was hoping to see you at our next reunion, but I guess it will be one of the ones after that! Miss you, your smile, your sense of humor and donuts at the donut wheel! Sorry to lose you so soon my old friend! I doug out my old drawings the other day. Several of yours are there. Today I looked online for your email address so I could send you some scanned images. You know, a Blast from the Past. I found out that you are dead. I can't seem to grasp that. How I wish I'd looked at all that stuff six or eight months ago! My sister and I still talk about you every once in a while. She lives around the corner but I haven't told her the bad news yet. I am so, so, so very sorry I missed you. Carroll Menges

Tongony Balogony, I just heard about your passing. I am afraid I have been busy for too long and your passing makes me think I should begin to slow down. I will miss you so much, Cupertino in fact all of San Jose won't know who to call when we need a piece of art or sign painted. I have known you for 52 years and Paul and Eddies wont be the same, even though you didn't grace the stools that much any more. I hope to see you someday soon, but not that soon. I recall recently talking with you about roasting your vegetables and potatoes at the same time. Well, let's see how well you can od that from the other side! Your devoted friend, Chef Jude Henderson
