Jesuina M. Soares
Resident of Los Banos, CA
In Los Banos, CA, December 7, 2010.
She was born in 1913 in Faial, Azores. Married to the late Virgilio Soares. Immigrated to San Jose, California in 1968. Loving mother of Leo Soares of Hollister, Jos‚ Soares and Maria Vargas, Olimpia Mendon‡a, Judy Goulart and Mario Soares of San Jose, Lino Soares of Los Banos, Avelino and Lucia Soares of Portugal, Concei‡ão Carepa, Maria Palmira Dutra, and Antonio Soares of the Azores, and the late Maria Higashi, Herculano and L£cia Maria Soares. She is survived by her sister Celestina Andrade in New Jersey.
Jesuina leaves a large legacy of grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends.
Family and friends are invited to attend a visitation on Tuesday, December 14, 2010 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at DARLING FISCHER GARDEN CHAPEL, 471 E. Santa Clara Street, San Jose, CA. There will also be a visitation at 6:00 PM with a Vigil and Mass Celebration beginning at 7:00 PM at Five Wounds Portuguese National Church, 1375 E. Santa Clara Street, San Jose, CA.
Interment will be Wednesday, December 15, 2010 at 11:00 AM, Santa Clara Mission Cemetery, 490 Lincoln Avenue, Santa Clara, CA.
Arrangements by DARLING FISCHER GARDEN CHAPEL, San Jose, CA.
