Dear Pia and family,

Our condolences on your loss of Perry. Our families go way back, and it is always difficult to loose any of them. I remember going to the first Race Street Fish and Poultry when it was across from the "PM Mill" in Santa Clara.
Keep the happy memories alive...

My condolences go out to the Riparbelli and Barsanti families. I have great memories from my 15 years working at Race Street Foods, seeing Perry's smiling face as he walked through the office and greeted us with a "Good Morning" and ask us how we're all doing and then off to the kitchen he would go and begin cooking something that smelled so amazing for the family lunch.
May you rest in peace Perry.

Most heartfelt condolences from Paride's friends at Amici D'Oro. He will be missed by us all.

Tom Ferrito, President

It was interesting to read in the obituary that Paride was a co-founder of Race Street Fish & Poultry. In 1947, after my father was discharged from the Army, he moved his family from New York to San Jose. His first job was at Race Street Fish and Poultry. I was four years old and recall going there and being given small shrimp by a very nice man who was my father's boss. I wonder if that was Paride.
