Daughter of Adolph and Sandra Ortiz. Survived by husband Keith Gibson and daughters Kaycee and Autumn. Passed away peacefully October 21st 2010. Services will be held at Chapel of the Flowers, 900 South 2nd St., San Jose, CA. Viewing at 5:00pm Services at 7:00pm

I knew Lisa as another mom at school and through Girl Scouts. My son remembers her because she took the kids to ice cream on Autumn's birthday after Build-a-Bear :-) Her every day consistency of a smile, kindness, caring, and giving of time is what made Lisa a special person. Her quality as a person and mother shines through Autumn. We were not close friends, but we chatted sometimes while waiting for the kids at school. She was one of those people who made life better for everybody she came in contact with. I lost a good friend this week, but I know she is in a good place right now. I know when she seen her wings she must have had the biggest smile. I know in my heart when she looks down at us we will feel her presence. She will not be forgotten. Just thinking of Lisa makes me smile.
