Resident of Los Angeles
Beloved husband of Jane E. Fordyce - Boehnlein. Loving father of Dana, John and his wife Tina and Glenn and his wife Susan Boehnlein. Caring grandfather of Melissa, Cara, Anna, Alec and Zachary Boehnlein. Predeceased by parents Charles and Luella Boehnlein and step-mother Ione Boehnlein.
John was a life long runner and skier. He was active on the Board of Directors for the West Valley YMCA. He was a graduate of UCLA who also earned advanced degrees at the University of Southern California. He retired from Rocketdyne as an Aerospace Engineer. He was the author of U.S. patents in the field of Aeronautics.
Memorial Service will be held at Alameda Family in Saratoga on Saturday, June 22 at 11:00 AM. Donations may be made in honor of John to the YMCA or The Sierra Club.
