Paul Currie Obituary
Resident of Sunnyvale
Born May 26, 1919 in Woodstock, New Brunswick. Passed away February 20, 2013 in Los Altos, California.
Passed peacefully into the presence of the Lord he served for over 40 years.
Graduated from Eastern Baptist Theological Seminary in Philadelphia; married Sarah Elizabeth Lorimer in 1945.
Served as pastor and district superintendent with the Christian and Missionary Alliance in both Canada and US.
Lived life to the fullest; was a gifted speaker and counselor, talented musician, and avid sports enthusiast.
Retired in 1985; moved with his wife to Northern California.
Survived by sister Margaret Kennedy, daughters: Joanne Papoulias, Kay Narva (Jim), sons: Paul Currie (Lois), Peter Currie (Connie), along with 9 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.
A Celebration of his Life will be at 2:00p.m on Sunday, March 3, 2013 at the Sunnyvale Presbyterian Church, 728 W. Fremont Ave., Sunnyvale.
