Anthony (Tony) Giluso

Anthony (Tony) Giluso passed away peacefully on August 30, 2013 surrounded by his loving family in San Jose, CA. He was born on April, 23, 1932 in Hammond, LA to Joseph & Lena Giluso.
Anthony grew up in Hammond, LA and moved to San Jose, CA in 1947. He graduated from San Jose Technical High School in 1950. After high school he:
Joined the Army in 1953 and served for 2 years active & 10 years in the reserves & achieved the rank of Sargent First Class (SFC).
Worked for Rawson Drug & Handy Spot cumulatively for >40 years where he held a variety of Sales & Management positions & retired at the age of 63.
Preceded in death by his parents & brother Tom Giluso.
Survived by his loving wife Carolene of 61 years, his children, Gregory Giluso (Anita), Nancy Giluso Bravo (George II), & Matthew Giluso (Ann). His grandchildren, Tobi Giluso Ramirez (Eddie), Stephanie Giluso, Shanin Bravo, George Bravo III (Amanda), Spencer Bravo (Vanessa), Anthony (Tony) Giluso, & Hannah Giluso. Great grandchildren, Mackenzie Bravo, Bristol Bravo, Gunner Bravo, & Emma Bravo. His brother Joseph Giluso, his sisters Anne Giluso, Theresa Giluso Miller, Kathy Giluso Williams (Gordon), sister-in-law Linda Giluso, & brother-in-law Ernest Miller. A Long-time member of Northstar Social Club & Sons of Sicily.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial donations be made to Saint Martin of Tours food box program, 200 O'Conner Drive, San Jose, CA, 95128.
