Passed away in San Mateo on November 15, 2010. Dearly beloved wife of Cary Scot Beck. Devoted mother of Natalie and Nicole. Loving sister of Robert Jepsen. Beloved daughter of Justine Jepsen. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Toni you were one of my first friends when we moved here from NJ and we spent many hours at dance competitions. I'm sorry we never got to that Rascal Flatts concert. You will be missed dearly.

I met Toni through her husband Cary, she was an amazingly upbeat woman and had a great sense of humor. Within five minutes of meeting her I knew about her daughters and what they were up to. Natalie's college and how much Nicole loved to cook. She was a loving mother to her girls and all their friends. She approached everyone as if they were already friends and was always happy to see me, I will truly, truly miss this wonderful lady. Thank you and your family for supporting me, letting me be part of your family and looking out for me when I was living in San Mateo. -Sydnee

My prayers and thoughts go out to the family in this time of comfort. I will always remember the great summers spent in San Bruno with Toni and Bobby. I know Toni will be keeping a watch over her loved ones from above.

I went to school with Bob, Toni's brother. The Jepson's lived next door to my 2 Aunts, Carol Yount and Michele Conte. I know Auntie Michele has always kept in close contact with the family thru the years.
Such a sad loss for all...
My thoughts and prayers are with Toni's family, friends and loved ones.
