Carol Harlan, 78, passed away at her home on Oct. 18, 2010.
Preceded in death by her husband, Harry. Carol is survived by her loving sisters, Barbara Wilson and Jeanne Ballard, devoted children Vicki (Errol), Cindy, Penny (Darren), Hal, John (Melissa), and grandchildren Matthew, Rachel, Carolyn, Lynn, Daniel, Nicholas, Lori, Marcus, Tom.
Carol touched countless lives through her active and passionate involvement in numerous school, work and volunteer organizations, including Lincoln High School, Girl Scouts, Kaiser Permanente (RN), Saint Andrew's Episcopal Church, Camp St. Andrews, Cursillo and Saint Andrew's Preschool.
A memorial service celebrating her life, will be held Sat. Oct 23 at 10:00 am at St. Andrew's Episcopal Church, 1600 Santa Lucia, San Bruno. A reception in Saint Margaret's room will follow the service.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be sent to Camp St. Andrews-San Bruno, or the American Cancer Society.
