Mr. Manley was a wonderful neighbor who always had a smile to share. He had a vibrance for life that showed, whether it was while he told a story of when the neighborhood was first built, or when he was tending his yard. Mr. Manley's spirit will live on in the many memories he shared so willingly. Condolences to his wife and family, and all those he touched, who feel loss with his passing.
