To this day I always think about the sports Mobilia that Kevin bought for our son Ryan Cannon - of which are still displayed on his wall - he is now 30.

Dear Uyeda family, It just came to my attention that Craig passed away over the summer. I didn't know Craig well but I grew up in the neighborhood, went to Montclair and Homestead a few years ahead of him, and our families knew one another a little. I just wanted to tell you how sorry and saddened I am, and that my heart goes out to you all. Sincerely, Greg Villalba

I'm still in shock over this. At one time, you were one of my most trusted friends and while we haven't been as close recently, you've always been in the back of my mind as a source of some great and fond memories. I regret we never had the chance to hang out and relive those memories and even create new ones. Rest in peace, old friend, and say "hi" to Mark for me.

Our time was far too short and I can only regret that you are gone before we could know each other better. The next life will be timeless and when I join you again, it will be forever. Your loving Father,

I met you when my son was 4; With your help, I collected so many one of a kind sports memorabilia pieces. We started as business associates then quickly became long time friends. It's been 16 years now and I will always remember you when I look at the collection you helped me acquire over those years. Love you man, see you in heaven.

To the Uyeda family members and in remembrance of "Stovie" - I am profoundly sorry for your loss and would think that he is in a better place. Stovie was a great person with a big heart and a big personality. I worked with Stovie through the Fan Club and helped him with the original "Stovies" business real estate. He will be missed by all - Ara Bezdjian

To The Uyeda Family,
We came to know Craig through Fred and always had fun with him. He was a great supporter of the coaching crew at Menlo College. He was fun, funny and just loved to live life. We had some great meals with him at the various restaurants he managed and we will miss those times dearly. Our condolences to your family as we are heartbroken and shocked by the early loss of Craig. He will be missed by many!

Craig leaves behind many who were profoundly touched in unique ways by him. During Craig's final transition from this world to the next on a beautiful Sunday morning, he peacefully achieved release from the devastating diabetes that took him from us far too early in his life. My dear friend, Craig, although you have departed from this earthly realm and are greatly missed, your spirit certainly lives on with your loved ones. Here's to you, dear, for going on with the journey on your own terms. M

To the Uyeda family,
Sorry for your loss. Growing up with Craig in Los Altos certainly was not boring. Craig would always come to the local school to participate in whatever sport we might be playing. He had a really good sense of humor.. Lead it to Craig to get us in trouble. There are some priceless memories involving Craig growing up that i will never forget. We shared many common interests involving sports and i always had hoped the best for him. May he rest in peace... Norm Janszen

Craig, I'm sorry I never got to say good-bye. We had some great times always enjoying a nice meal, getting into two car accidents in one day. I truly will miss having great conversations with you. I just think we worked at Tony & Alba's and got paid for having the time of our life. RIP ( Your old manager Rich )

Very sorry to hear about the loss of Craig Uyeda he worked for us for a brief time helping file reports for our radio station. Craig was dedicated and loved doing photography of professional sports. His work was true major market journalism level quality. What a talent he spoke several languages fluently and ran a restaurant at that same time. Thanks Craig for all your work and wise advice.
