Authorities said Deaddrian Chapman was shot about 10:45 p.m. in the 2600 block of Ritchie Street near Sunnyside Street. He was pronounced dead at Highland Hospital at 10:55 p.m.

i remember when he was in Duong's class and we had a sub and they were playing music and he was dancing and it was really funny and everyone was just having a good time. it sad to see someone go but he will never be forgotten.

I hope he rest in peace. When I met him he seemed to be a very energetic person that never lost his sense of humor, he made everyone laugh and I appreciate that he did that. Now he's in a better place looking over his family.May God bless your family. RIP Deaddrian Chapman
