Our Mom loved her family and life. She was thoughtful to all - remembering special moments in people's lives, their birthdays, anniversaries and also in finding interesting local gifts to bring back from trips. An adventurer at heart she might have a few witty remarks about spending the night in a cold hut on the top of an Austrian glacier, zipping along Lake Tahoe in a catamaran or taking a road trip though Baja but you know she enjoyed those, and the many other adventures she embarked on with her husband and family, because she was always ready to go on the next one (after a suitable interval). Funny and witty she enjoyed a good joke or story and loved to recount funny elements of those trips to all. We love and miss you Mom.

Mom,
You gave me life and I am the woman I am today because of you… you are my heart, my soul and my best friend. Thank you for the memories that I will be able to carry me with me. You are in my heart always as I am in yours…
Love Mary Catherine… BC
