Gary Trovinger Obituary
Resident of Los Gatos
With great sorrow the Trovinger family wishes to announce that Gary Frederic Trovinger of Los Gatos California passed away at age 57.
Gary graduated San Jose State University with a B.S. in Aeronautics. He served as a pilot with Alaska Airlines for 29 years. Gary also created and operated Scatterings, a service for the airborne release of cremated remains.
He was truly kind and had a zest for life with a memorable laugh that will absolutely be in our hearts forever.
Gary was a loving husband, devoted father and son. He is survived by his wife of 33 years Linda, daughters Megan and Amy (Kris Heath), parents Anne and Karl, brothers Eric (Sheree) and Steve (Sheri), sister in-law Cathy Weiner (Bruce), brother in-law David Loew (Fran) and many nieces and nephews.
His tragic accidental death was a result of carbon monoxide poisoning. Please honor his memory by protecting yourself and your family by installing a CO detector in your home as soon as possible.

My Thoughts & Prayers are with you this Christmas Day and years to come .
I did not personally know your loved one , but no doubt Gary was a Beautiful Gift from above as was my friend Al Senzatimore who went with him to be with the Lord the day they both passed on .
Gary & Al were very good friends , as Al always told & shared stories with me .

My sincere condolences to Gary's family. We just flew together Oct. 18 for a few scatterings over Santa Cruz and Half Moon Bay, and several times over the past five years. I always looked forward to being with him. Gary was a true professional, a great inspiration, a very good and joyful person. I will miss him deeply.

Dear Linda, Amy, and Megan,
Please accept my heartfelt condolences.
When I think of Gary, I will always remember his smile and laugh. I'll never forget the great conversations at your front gate while he built some of the most creative and wonderful Halloween props!
I am so sorry for your loss. Gary was a great guy and will be missed!
