A man killed in a crash Friday afternoon at one of the town's main intersections has been identified by the Contra Costa Coroner's office as Joseph Pratt of Oakley.
Pratt, 25, died after a collision involving three vehicles at Empire Avenue and Laurel Road, Contra Costa Sheriff's Office spokesman Jimmy Lee said.
