To the family of Nancy Rogers, you will be in my prayers. Nancy was a manager's dream employee. Having Nancy as an employee of the Hayward Post Office made my job and that of my staff a whole lost easier. Her duties was more than a job for her, it was a life style in which she enjoyed each moment of it. She loved what she did and the people around her and it showed each day in some way no matter how small. Nancy not only experienced life but she had and abundant life. Let's remember her spirit as we live our lives.

Well, Nancy. Things are coming together to honor you. People are rising up and stepping in to honor your life and dedication to us. When you were at work, we knew we were okay. Nancy's here, everything is good. We are left stumbling in this darkness, reaching for our leader. But it's going to be okay. You rest in peace my sister. We love you Nancy. And yes, you are truly missed.

Dearest Nancy, I'm saddened about what happened to you and very sorry we never could get in touch with each other for all so many years. I can remember when we were very young and going bowling, swimming, and exchanging baseball cards. We lived next door to each other for 13 years.
I love you. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Your cousin, Adrianne (Blanche)

Nancy, I grieve for you. Since the first moment we met in 92 you were always a bright shining light in a very dark atmosphere. My heart weeps at the thought of never seeing your smile again, never hearing your wonderful laughing again, and most importantly never ever seeing you again. The advice you gave me so many times was always on the mark. My heart is saddend. bless you.

Nancy, The first time I pulled into the Hayward Dock at 4 am with Big Mike Thode, You were hard at work...Mike told me when you need something, Nancy is the one! Over all the years driving from Pleasanton to Hayward, I always looked forward to that early morning chat. My heart is broken and sad to think that we will not exchange those funny cards through out the year, but you will always hold a very special place in my heart. Heaven has just been made a little more special, and you will be missed by many.

Nancy, I can remember as a child meeting you. My father Tom Lamos worked with you for 30+ years. He spoke of you often and refered to you as his dear friend. Last night when he was informed of the tragic end to your life....he morned your lost. Could not believe his friend Nancy had passed away. You watched and heard of myself grow into adulthood and have children of my own. All of which I brought to the Post Office so my dad could show them off to you. He loved you very much. You were concidered family and will be missed...and never forgotten.
