Noboru Araki Obituary



Noboru "Nob" Araki

Resident of San Jose

98, died October 3, 2010 at home with his family. Nob was born and raised in San Jose. He loved his family, golf, fishing, cooking shows, gardening and helping his church community. He is predeceased by his wife, Mary Araki. He was father to Cheri Jean Araki (Jean-Paul) and Joanne Harpell (Gary). Loving grandfather to Scott Markham (Erron), Kenna, Megan, Taryn and Matthew Harpell and "Super Grandpa" to Nia and Andrew Markham. He was much loved and will be missed by friends and family.

A memorial service will be held at the San Jose Buddhist Church on Tuesday, Oct. 12 at 2pm.
