To the entire Pries Family,
Our heart-felt, deepest sympathies go out to all of you in the untimely "falling asleep" of your dear, most beloved mother, yiayia and great grandmother. We have known her to be a pillar of faith for the St. Nicholas Community and the great Matriarch of the Pries Family. May God rest her soul. And may you all find comfort in our Lord's Resurrection: for He is the Victor over death. Eonia aftis i mnimi.
With all our love,

Mrs Pries (Yiayia Pries) you are and were an amazing person. Every person you came into contact with you gave love to us all. Your warm smile and amazing love for your family and God and the church family was seen in everything you did. You will be truly be missed by us all but epically by me because every time you saw me you gave me the love I had lost with my Thea Fofo's passing, knowing how much she love me and my children and always ask about my children and myself and how we are doing. You were a great friend to my Thea and a great person in my life over the past 6 years.Your family and our church family will experience a great loss by your passing. You have raised amazing children and grandchildren and my condolences to whole Pries Family.May your Memory be Eternal with much love Elaine Karamanos and family

Yia Yia Penelope, what a wonderful, sweet, friendly and hardworking woman. God took her to be with him and help him because of her grace and faith. She did a wonderful job of raising her boys and has left the world a much better place by having lived for the time that she did. She will be missed by so many and for so many reasons. May your memory be eternal Yia Yia Penelope......

Dear Pries Family,
It was quite a shock and very painful hearing that this remarkable woman Penelope Pries left us so suddenly.
We first met at SJSU 35 years ago. Since then we met at the Greek church and events. She was always smiling and lovable. We are going to miss her.
Condolences and Zoi Se Sas.

Dear Pries Family,
I was struck deep in my heart to hear of the loss of your loved one. I worked with her for 20 years at SJSU and she was truly a dedicated and diligent staff member; faithful to her faith and family; generous beyond mention; caring and compassionate always of others. I deemed her as part of the 'Greek Connection', of whom I worked with, never complaining without working things out among other staff personnel. I will miss her, as I know you will. May the Face of GOD shine upon you, and give you Peace. (Numbers 6:24-26) GOD Bless you each one.
