Please let all who knew and loved him that he was one of the greatest neighbors we ever had in Foster City from 1971 to 1999. He went to City Council and Park and Rec meetings with me at the drop of a hat. Tom and I loved Laurie and Ralph so much. Love the picture you posted, Philia. We grew up with all the kids as a young couple with two boys of our own. I know you all will miss him terribly. We send our love and hugs to all of you. Allene and Tom

I'm sure that they would both delight in knowing that I have received many compliments on how I have spoken properly since that was one of the things they both were constantly teaching my brother and I.

Mr. Galloway was a joy to know. . .I met him through a friend and saw him at St. Joseph from time to time. Even though our time was brief, he has made a lasting impression and will have a cherished memory.
