To the family of beloved Richard Wolf:
I found out about Dick passing just yesterday when I ran into Samantha's husband Danny, who told me the sad news. I was struck with great sadness to hear of your loss as you know he is a kind gentle soul, loving to all he knew. I met Mr. Wolf in 2000. I was looking for a place to rent and was referred to him by the previous tenant. I approached Mr. Wolf at the rental he was working at, introduced myself and expressed interest to renting. He asked me the usual questions about renters and we hit it off well. He was friendly and easy to talk with. We talked for a good hour or more outside the property. He shared with me his service in the Navy and being stationed in the Philippines, him working at the post office and through the years that I've known him, enjoyed his company and stories he would share. He was my landlord for about 3 years, and he was the best landlord anyone could ever have!! He was generous and caring to his tenants and had so much energy to keep up with the all the maintenance. He amazed me! I remember always seeing him working along Walgrove Way at his tenant's home or front yard and he would always wear his red baseball cap. I believe it was the 49ers. I attended a few times the Garcia's annual Christmas party and looked forward to seeing him there. I will miss seeing him there... Just one of many little memories I remember fondly of Mr. Wolf. He is a good man, he was the best landlord (I was sad to leave his rental), he's an angle sent from the heavens, he was also a good friend and family man. My deepest sympathy to you and your entire family for your loss. I will miss Mr. Wolf dearly.

When I was little I always thought the Dick was my uncle. It wasn't until I was 9 or 10 that I realized that my father didn't have any brothers. But Dick WAS family and I have lovely memories of him as far back as I can remember. The endless stories and good times my dad and our family had together will never be forgotten. I shall miss him dearly, the way he lived his life and cared for others will be a continual example to us all. Lisa Kolda Bruno

Sammy & Family,

We are deeply saddened for the loss of your Grandfather. I would like to express our condolences to your entire family. it was my pleasure to meet and become friends with your grandfather and your family. Our friendship Has become stronger because of your grandfather. I looked forward to seeing him pick up his mail every morning. We used to talk about how it came from across the USA and who the different charities were. I know nothing can replace him but he will always be in our hearts and memories. You have a special moment in life that you can cherish forever Reina & Givonni had a very special relationship with him. I saw how they would greet him with love when he came over and he would greet them with the same adoration. The painting we are completing in Givonni's room originally started out just to be a Great Givonni Warrior. Now we are planning to put Grandpa next to Givonni for your memories. I am thankful that we have such a wonderful friendship. Life will continue and your love for your grandfather will continue to grow stronger everyday.

Sincerely
Ganna & Family, Artists
