Rita Alvarez the youngest of 6 brothers was born in Fresno CA to Gloria and Felix Correa. A longtime resident of San Jose and devoted mother to her family. She was a loving, caring, compassionate wife, mother, grandmother, sister, niece, aunt and friend to many. She will be missed by all whose lives she touched. Her courage and strength will always be admired as she battled cancer these past few months. Rita is survived by Neil her husband of 37 years. Children Teresa (Mark), Denise, Michael and Jose. Grandchildren Josephine, Adriana, Anthony, Marisol, Vanessa, Alexandra, Angelina, Nicole and Michael. Rosary will be held Thursday March 21st 7pm at the Lima Family in San Jose with mass on Friday March 22nd at 11am St. Leo's Church in San Jose, CA
