Roy was born in OK and moved to CA in 1940. He is survived by his wife, Lily; daughter, Carol Howard; stepchildren, Kathy Pearson (Wayne), Don Miguel, Randy Miguel; grandchildren, Julie Machuca (Marcos) and Barry Pearson (Elena).
Memorial services will be held at 1 P.M. Saturday, Nov. 27, 2010 at Town & Country Mobile Village Clubhouse 195 Blossom Hill Rd, San Jose, CA.

Dear Lily Howard and family; We only knew you folks for a short time in Valley Springs. We have fond memories of working with Roy on issues with the county board of supervisors. Roy was a dedicated, relentless leader on doing right for the community. He was loved and respected as a friend and neighbor. God bless you all. R.E. & Pat Stone
