Virginia (Mary) Gladstone Gibson

Resident of San Jose

Was born in Chicago, on May 30, 1922. She died with her family beside her, on November 23rd. The second oldest of six, "Ginna" is survived by her sisters, Lou and Joan, and also by her husband Justin, whom she married in 1945. They had eight children, seven surviving: Terry (Kay), Beppy (Mike), Sharon (Dave), Sheila, Jim (Kerrie), Mary Jo (Doug), Judy (deceased), and Bill (Christy). She had thirteen grandchildren: Erin (deceased), Patrick, Ian, Nathan, Matthew, Julian, Adrienne, Alex, Ryan, Amelia, Tom, Noah, and Benjamin, and four great-grandchildren, Stella, Mason, Escher, and Max. She was a beautiful, fun-loving woman who talked to everyone she saw everywhere she went. The past few years were tough, and she is finally at peace.

We love you Mom, and we'll miss you.

Dear Justin and Family,
We read about Virginia and we are so sorry. She was such a wonderful person and a very caring and friendly person.
We lost contact with you through the years but have never forgot you and your family.
We remember when you named your youngest Son after my husband, Bill. We hope all your children are doing well.
We have one, Son, Shawn, and his wife Kelly and our beautiful Granddaughter, Lauren, who is now 13 years and in 8th grade at Los Gatos Christian School.
We were hoping you would see this message and respond and perhaps have lunch with you and catch up on recent things. If you do get this message, we are still at 1542 Arbutus Dr., San Jose 95118 and our telephone number is 408 269-22730.
We are so sorry to hear about Virginia and please accept our deepest sympathy. I know it must be very hard for you.
