So sorry to see that Wendell passed away. He was always pleasant and had a great smile. We lived next door for so many years! And the cabin in Boulder. Deepest sympathy to all of the family.

I only knew Wendell Huxtable through stories told by his granddaughter Allison, but he sounded like an outstanding person that I wish I could have gotten to know before his passing. His accomplishments in life, whether it be to his country, his community, or his family, all serve as examples to which we should all strive to live up to.

I had the pleasure of being one of his medical assistants at kaiser. I always enjoyed seeing him and his wife. What a beautiful testament to marriage. I will really miss seeing him. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family and especially his wife. We shared many wonderful stories together.

Mr. Huxtable was one of our high school teachers and a very good and gentle man. He was the drama teacher for many years. My condolences and sympathies to the family.
