Wilfred Kincaid Obituary

Wilfred 'Bud' Kincaid

Resident of Santa Clara

Died Oct. 18th. Born in Ashland, OR, June 17th 1930 and was stationed in San Francisco during the Korean war in the 6th Army.

He spent 20 years with HP when it was a small company and then another 20 years with Ultratech.

Survived by his wife Patricia of 58 years and 2 daughters Linda and Valerie. He was preceded in death by his oldest daughter Cheryl. He has 7 grandchildren.

Memorial Service will be held Friday, October 29th at 11am at Christ Community Church of Milpitas, 1000 South Park Victoria Drive, Milpitas, California, 95035.
