William Daniher Obituary

William C. Daniher Resident of Saratoga, CA

July 20, 1932-Nov. 14, 2010

Bill was born in Pittsburgh, PA. He was a veteran of the Korean War and served in the U.S. Army.

He graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with degrees in mechanical engineering and industrial management. He worked at Mine Safety Appliances and subsequently Westinghouse Electric Corporation. He was involved in the Men's Club of Ascension Church, SIRS Club, Serra Club of Santa Clara, and was a hospice volunteer.

Bill is survived by his wife Nancy; his five children: Anne Mansfield, Eileen Daniher, Bill and Amy Daniher, Kate and Bernard Hart; and John and Jennifer Daniher; and his 10 grandchildren.

Memorial mass will be held at 1 PM on Monday, November 22nd, at Ascension Church located at 12033 Miller Avenue, Saratoga, CA 95070. It will be followed by a reception at Brookside Club.

Memorials may be given online to Saint Patrick Fathers www.stpatrickfathers .org or Serra Club www. serraus.org.
