Billy has been a very large part of my heart and life for a very long. My brother in law was the kindess, most giving and loved so deep from his heart. We shared so much in common. We both happily shared each of our 25th wedding anniversary this year. We both have had labradors forever. Everytime we visited each other's house, he would say first thing "Cathleen, come see my garden" and we would examine each plant with conversation, suggestions and just sharing another deep passion of love. I would do the same when he came to my house. We always laughed and called ourselfs "the outlaws" not the in-laws. We shared that with our Uncle Jim Silva. We would plan and scheme and laugh. We always hugged hello and good-bye. He was the tallest and I am the shortest. This made for many laughs. I will truly miss Bill, I loved him so deeply. I will always be here for my loving and special Patty and my nieces Julie and Brittany. Love u Always.

I always looked forward to the Holidays and family parties we celebrate at Aunt Patty and Uncle Bill's. It was always an enjoyable time and so nice to be around loving and happy people. Uncle Bill was always smiling and ready to talk it up with you. I admired his point of view on things and will miss him greatly. The memories of his smiling face and kind words will be cherished forever and his presence at these gatherings will be deeply missed.

I did not know you well, but the one thing that always stood out,was your love for dogs. You never failed, when passing on a walk,as dog lovers often do,to put a smile on our face, give us encouraging words regarding our adopted dog & offer him a pat on the head. Our neighborhood of dog lover's will miss you. God Bless you,Bill,as you are in His arms now. Please know your family & friends are in our thoughts & prayers.

Bill was a wonderful person. I admired the way he was always so interested in what you were doing. He was a very good listener. Bill was my nephew in law. One of the things I really loved Bill for was how good he was to my mother. We will always miss you Bill.
