Paul Robert Silva|
July 29, 1961 - Jan. 18, 2014
Resident of Campbell
Paul Silva, beloved son of Pete and the late Marilyn Silva, passed away suddenly on January 18, 2014. He was a loving and devoted father of Danielle and Paul Silva, Jr.
Paul was born in San Jose, California and resided in Campbell, California for fifty years. He graduated from Campbell High School in 1979 and spent his professional career as a Technical Support Manager for a variety of network companies in Silicon Valley.
Paul was unique, innovative, and intelligent. He had a great sense of humor with an infectious laugh. Although he sometimes acted tough, he had a kind and loving heart. Paul's lifetime passion was cars. Recently, he was able fulfill his dream by restoring vintage Mustangs and Pintos.
Paul's unexpected passing is of great sorrow and loss to his family, but we all cherish the lessons he taught and talents he shared. He is now able to "tinker" in God's Kingdom free of pain. He is survived by his father, Pete, children, Danielle and Paul Jr., brothers Peter and Patrick, as well as eight adoring nieces and nephews.
Friends of the family are invited to attend a memorial mass on Saturday, February 8th at 1pm at St. Thomas of Canterbury Catholic Church, 1522 McCoy Avenue, San Jose, California. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Thomas of Canterbury Catholic Church in memory of Paul.
