Jerry was born in Oakland, CA and earned a degree in Physical Education from Brigham Young University and a Master's Degree in Health Sciences from San Jose State University. He taught in the Redwood City School District and the Campbell Unified School District for 23 years, and started a second career in Real Estate Sales for 35 years. He enjoyed coaching sports, travel and participating in family activities. Jerry was an active member of the Church of Latter-Day Saints and held many leadership positions-including teaching seminary for 23 years.
Jerry is survived by his loving wife, Joan; and the following devoted children: Jill Robinson (Ross); Scott Crandall (Star); Craig Crandall (Becky); Shawn Crandall (Kelly); Todd Crandall; Brent Crandall (Amy); 19 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
Friends and family are invited to attend a funeral service on Saturday, Feb. 15, 2014 at 11 AM at the
Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints located on 10270 S. Stelling Rd., Cupertino.
