Weakened after a 3-month battle with pneumonia, and with loved ones near, Mildred passed peacefully to our Lord on April 7, 2014. Millie was born on March 30, 1919 in Milpitas CA to Asunta and Rocco Langone. She was preceded in death by the love of her life, James J. Morrone and brothers Tony, Don, and Pete Langone; Beloved mother of Peter (Linda) and James (Linda); Cherished Grandma to Joshua, Natasha (Matt), Nicolla (Brian), Matthew (Natalie) and Justina (Josh). She was the fourth of seven children and is survived by loving sisters, Marion Romano, Julia Tanda, and Christina Papapietro, numerous nieces and nephews, and Godchildren Bob Langone, Anthony Jr. Morrone, and Pamela Umanzio.
Family and friends are invited to attend a Vigil Service on Sunday, April 13 at 4:00 PM at LIMA-CAMPAGNA-ALAMEDA MISSION CHAPEL, 600 S. Second St., San Jose CA; Funeral Service on Monday, April 14 at 10:30 AM at Santa Clara Mission Cemetery, St. Clare Chapel. For 95 years our family was blessed with your kindness, your exquisite Italian cooking, our unselfish generosity, and your complete devotion to family. We will miss you and never forget you. Thank God that we could all share in your life. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Parkinson's Foundation, or Hospice of the Valley.
