William O'Dell Perkins, age 90, passed away Wednesday, March 27, 2013. He was born in Emmett, Idaho, on June 2, 1922 and was a resident of Las Vegas for 30 years.
O'Dell worked as a heavy equipment operator and was a member of the Operating Engineers Union Local 12.
He was preceded in death by his wife of 68 years, Beulah.
He is survived by sister Myrtle Butler and his five children Jo Ella, Howard, Lee Ann, Ruth and James; 14 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren survive him as well.
A viewing will be held on Friday, April 5, 2013, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Potter Funeral Chapel, Emmett. Services will be Saturday, March 6, 2013, at 11 a.m. in the Ola Church and Cemetery.
