Evelyn A. Dunbar, 92, of Emmett Idaho, passed away on Dec. 18 2013, of natural causes.
Her funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 21, 2013, at the Potter Funeral Chapel. Russ Adkins of Gem Community Church will be officiating. There will be a viewing from 3 to 7 p.m. Friday at Potter Funeral Chapel. Burial will follow the funeral at the Emmett Cemetery.
Evelyn was born in Emmett on Feb. 16, 1921, where she lived most of her life. Evelyn was married to Lloyd G. Dunbar on Oct. 5, 1941; they were married 60 years. Evelyn enjoyed travel, home making and family. She was also actively involved in her church.
Evelyn is survived by a daughter, Mildred Soto of Sacramento, Calif. and four sons, Gerald, Donald, Robert and Timothy Dunbar of Emmett. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 41 great-grandchildren and 11 great-great-grandchildren.
Evelyn is preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd G. Dunbar, son Daniel L. Dunbar, granddaughter Jenny Lynn Soto, brother Kenneth Aston and parents Elmer and Addy Aston.
