Barkley, Bonnie*  
BONNIE J. BARKLEY 1951 - 2015 Bonnie Jean Betzold Barkley, age 63, of Emmett, Idaho, passed away at a Meridian hospital on June 27, 2015. Bonnie was born on December 19, 1951, in Emmett, Idaho, to Gene and Vivian (Ashley) Betzold. Bonnie was raised in Emmett and attended school there until the birth of her daughter Heidi in 1968. She gave birth to her son Larry three years later. Bonnie embraced motherhood. While her children were young, she was a stay-at-home mother. Eventually, Bonnie went on to earn an associate's degree and began working at Walter Knox Memorial Hospital as a ward clerk. She later became a dietician and worked in the kitchen at WKMH. In 1989, she met the love of her life, Robert Barkley, and they were married on November 17. Bonnie furthered her education by earning a bachelor's degree in English from Boise State University where she loved to learn. She went on to work at St. Luke's in Boise as a ward clerk until she retired to take care of her ailing parents. She loved her family-especially her children and her grandchildren, and she was a servant daughter, mother, and wife. Bonnie is survived by her husband of 25 years, Bob Barkley; her daughter Heidi (Aaron) Mitts; her son Larry (Anne) Parks; grandchildren, Kyrel, Ben, and Kolton Morgan, AJ Mitts, Madison, Tori, and Maci Parks; brothers Steve Betzold, Fred (Susan) Betzold, and Brad Betzold; sister Gina (Terry) Ownby. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. Bonnie also loved her South Dakota family and their frequent visits. She was preceded in death by an infant sister, Brenda; brother, Randy; and her parents. Bonnie's family would like to thank the wonderful doctors, nurses, and staff at St. Luke's Meridian for their excellent care. A viewing will be held on Wednesday, July 1st from 3:00-8:00 p.m. at the Potter Funeral Chapel in Emmett. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, July 2nd at 11:00 a.m. at Potter Funeral Chapel, with burial immediately following at the Emmett Cemetery.

Barrott, Kayla*  
KAYLA M. (WARREN) BARROTT March 24, 1987 - July 13, 2015 Kayla Marie Barrott, passed away on Monday July 13, 2015. Kayla was born to Todd and Sonja Warren March 24, 1987 in Loveland Colorado and soon moved to Emmett, Idaho and was raised there. She attended Butte View Elementary, Emmett Middle School, and Emmett High School. She had achieved an associate degree through BYU-Idaho and was continuing her education, which was very important to her. She married the love of her life, Taft Jacob Barrott, in the Idaho Falls Idaho LDS temple. Taft and Kayla shared a unique love, that all admired. She and Taft currently were living in Syracuse, UT. As a little girl she was always singing. Kayla also loved to dance. She was an outdoor enthusiast. She was a life enthusiast! She loved riding horses, hunting, fishing, and camping with her husband, parents, brothers and sisters. She showed sheep for 12 years for 4H. She was awarded Miss Congeniality in pageant, and that really sums her up. Kayla had a unique sense of humor that entertained all. She was always uplifting and a joy to be around. She served diligently in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Everyone loved her and will miss her huge knock-you-over hugs. She was beautiful on the outside and drop-dead gorgeous on the inside and still continues her valiant service to the Savior. Everyone will miss her huge hugs. Kayla is preceded in death by her beloved grandfather, Butch Warren and cousin, Allan Butler. She is survived by her husband, Taft Barrott; parents, Todd and Sonja Warren; siblings, Dusty (Annie), Rhett (Taryn), Cody (Laura); grandparents, Darlene Warren and Leroy and Caroline Hale; and all the beloved nieces and nephews and special "second parents" Cal and Jade Staten. She was always a ray of sunshine to all. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. at the Emmett LDS Stake Center on Tuesday, July 21, 2015. Viewing will be held Monday from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. at the Potter Funeral Chapel in Emmett and again Tuesday starting at 9:30 a.m. at the church until the start of services. Burial will take place on Wednesday at the Ammon Cemetery in Idaho Falls, Idaho at 1:00 p.m.

Clark, Genevieve*  
Genevieve Elsie Leech Clark 4/17/1918 - 7/02/2015 Born in Sergeant, Neb., to Don R. and Mabel Leech, Genevieve attended junior high and high school in nearby Albion. She received an academic scholarship to Nebraska Wesleyan University in Lincoln, where both her parents attended college. In 1938 she transferred to the University of Nebraska in Lincoln. During the first semester of her senior year she was chosen to represent her college and was sent to Merrill Palmer College in Detroit, Mich. At Merrill Palmer she studied some of the social services in which children were involved. She returned to the University of Nebraska for her last semester of school. After college she had a lot of different jobs and traveled to California, Chicago, Washington and Idaho. She worked as a processed food grader for the USDA in California and was transferred from there to Idaho where she worked in Emmett and the surrounding areas. She met her future husband in Emmett and married him a year later. She and Vern Clark were married for 41 years before his death in 1987. They had three sons Larry (Vickie) Clark of Reno Nev., Rick (Liz) Clark of Boise Idaho, and Robert Clark of Boise - nine grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. Genevieve loved music and played the cello, piano, and keyboard. She was an active member of the Methodist Church all of her life as well as a P.E.O. member since she was a young girl. She taught Home Economics at Emmett High School for more than 23 years. She was preceded in death by her husband Vern, sister Irene, and both her parents. Service will be held July 12th at 2 p.m. at the United Methodist Church in Emmett, Idaho. In lieu of flowers donations can be sent to the P.E.O. Education Foundation or a charity of your choice in Genevieve's name.

Clover, Milton*  
Milton Edward Clover December 2, 1928 - July 19, 2015 Milton Edward Clover of Kuna, Idaho, passed away at the age of 86 on July 19, 2015. Milt was born on December 2, 1928 in Arkansas City, Kansas to George Allan Clover and Gertrude Bazel. Milt grew up in and around Parsons, Kansas along with his sister Georgie. At the age of 20, he met Barbara Daman. They married in 1950 and began their lives together raising four boys along the way. They lived in various states following work for a few years before coming to Idaho, finding a piece of farm property in Kuna, Idaho to buy and still own. Besides farming the 23 acres, Milt was a member of the Sheet Metal Workers Local Union #213 for over 50 years. He and Barbara both retired in 1988, and started going to Yuma, Arizona in the winter months, and they were able to do that for 27 years. He also enjoyed camping and fishing with family and friends when he could. He enjoyed collecting and tinkering on old tractors. Milt is survived by his spouse, Barbara L. Clover of 65 years, his sons; Richard Clover, Don Clover (Kay), Pat Clover (Jacque) and Randy Clover (Debbie). He is survived by 10 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.
