Kenneth Donald Rowe, 79, died July 25, 2014, at his home in Emmett, Idaho. He was born May 9, 1935, at Welshfield, Ohio.
Ken would want to be remembered as a man for all seasons in an age of specialization. He worked in real estate, construction, was a Registered Professional Engineer, pilot, author and patented inventor. He was a lifetime member of the Ponderosa Aero Club.
He was initiated into the Masonic Fraternity in 1956 and was Master of Hudson (Ohio) Lodge #510 in 1968 and was Master of Placer Lodge #3 (Idaho) in 2000-2001. Over the years, he belonged to various Masonic organizations and held a number of offices. He was a 50+ year member of both Placer Lodge #3 and Silver City Lodge #13. He was a member of Mizpah #6, OES.
He is survived by his beloved wife and helpmate, Alice; his daughter Patty (Jon) Benson; his son Mike (Amy); five grandchildren and one great-grandchild; his sisters Elaine Parker, Mary (Floyd) Derry and Kathie Franks.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, July 30, 2014, in the Horseshoe Bend Masonic Temple, with masonic rites by Placer Lodge #3. Interment will follow at the Pioneer Cemetery.

Services are under the direction of the Potter Funeral Chapel, Emmett.
