Deepest Condolences from our family to yours.. I didn't have an opportunity to know Mr. Peltier...but it's clear how much of an impact he had on the Fire Services community. To leave a legacy as he has - is truly a gift.

John was a good friend and colleague. He taught me more as an instructor than as a student. He was always fun to watch. Especially when Bob and him would teach together. RIP Jack. You will be missed. Thanks for all you have given me.

Sue and family
Jack will be missed by me as he was truly a friend. His advice was always on point. He was a mentor to many people in the fire service, and was responsible for improving the firefighting skills of many firefighters throughout the State and country. As always Tom Garrity

Dear Melissa, John, Jason, Ann Marie, Sarah and the entire Peltier Family,
Please accept my deepest sympathies on the passing of Jack. I enjoyed talking and getting to know him over the years. He was a constant presence at anything that had to do with Jason be it concerts, plays, football games and birthday parties. His love and devotion for his family was so evident. At the last football game where I saw him, he was there supporting Sarah for the Middle School Band. We had such a nice talk....I sat with him well into the game talking about everything, especially how Jason was doing in college...such a great guy. Thinking of all of you at this very difficult time.

Jack Peltier was a great man. My wife and I were very fortunate to have known him. Not only was Jack a great public servant and firefighter, but he was also a wonderful human being. I'll never forget how kind Jack was to me two years ago when I was going through cancer treatment. Jack repeatedly boosted my spirits by visiting me and saying "You'll get through this kid and I'll be here for you." Rest in peace my friend.
