Leslie lived a full life. She was born in Gillette, Wyoming and spent her childhood years in Malaysia and Singapore. As a child, her primary interests were Music and Dancing, and she was part of several theater and dance productions in school. She graduated from United World College of Southeast Asia and attended Cumberland College. Immediately following college she worked at Sonic in Middlesboro, KY as a Roller-Skating Carhop. She then moved to Orlando, FL for several years as she began her family and raising her children. In the following years she tried her hand in the poultry industry and also as a medical office manager in Alabama.
She has been a resident of Tazewell, TN since 2007 and was currently working at LMU as a Front Desk Receptionist and Building Coordinator of the Math and Science Building. She loved her job very much and enjoyed her coworkers and interacting with the students on a daily basis.
Leslie was known best as a loving mother to her three boys. She was friendly to everyone that she met as evidenced by her many friendships with Staff and Students of the University. She was always a caring and fun-loving person whom loved generously. Always willing to help, share and give without compromise. She was a good friend, daughter, and sister always there when needed no matter the sacrifice. She was very family minded and always worked and hoped for tighter family bonds. She will be deeply missed by all that knew her!
