Mr. Peter M. Tillotta

MIDDLETOWN >> Peter M. Tillotta, 87, of Middletown, beloved husband of the late Jean (Dobrinski) Tillotta, died Wednesday Aug. 28, 2013 at Apple Rehabilitation in Middletown.
He was born in Bristol, PA, son of the late Angelo and Vincenza (Milardo) Tillotta. Peter was a veteran of WW II, serving with the U.S. Army. Prior to retirement, he worked at EIS as a supervisor for forty years. He was a member of the B.P.O. Elks Lodge 771, the Meriden Motor Boat Club and the Knights of Columbus.
Peter is survived by two brothers, Paul Tillotta and his wife Bernice and George Tillotta and his wife Corrine;, a sister, Mary Tillotta,; "grandson" and "granddaughter", Peter and Yvonne Krol; also several nieces and nephews. Besides his wife, he was predeceased by brothers, Anthony and Joseph Tillotta.
A Funeral Liturgy will be held Tuesday at 11 a.m. at St. Francis of Assisi Church, Elm St., Middletown. Burial with military honors will be in the State Veteran's Cemetery. Friends may call at Biega Funeral Home, 3 Silver St., Middletown on Tuesday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. prior to the service.
