Angela Huff

1923 - 2013

Angela Huff of 960 Randolph Road, died peacefully at her home on May 17, 2013. She was born October 14, 1923 in Middletown, daughter of the late Nicole and Sebastiana (Saraceno) Fazzino. She lived and worked in Middletown her whole life. She retired from Saga Food Service at Wesleyan University after 25 years. Angie will be remembered as a devoted wife and mother. She was predeceased by her loving husband, William A. Huff, sisters, Anna Passaro and Josephine Pacholski, brother, Salvatore A Fazzino, sister-in-law, Dolores and her beloved brother, Michael N. Fazzino. She leaves fond family memories of her nieces and nephews.
She is survived by a son, William M. Huff and his love Cynthia,. Billy was caregiver to his Dad and Uncle Mike, and lastly his mother. Her other son, David A. Huff and his wife, Lisa of Coco Beach Fla, Her sister-in-law, Barbara Auld and her husband, Howard of Ridgecrest California. Grandchildren, Rachel Papke and her husband, Bill, Anna Beth Huff, Andrew Huff and great grandchildren Evangeline Papke and Spence Papke.
Angie is thankful for the loving care from her caregivers. He most devoted Priscilla who stood by her many years like the daughter she always wanted, along with Annette, Jennifer and Kelly. Angie's Angels provided her the care with dignity, that her son Billy needed assistance with for her to be " safe at home" A special thanks to Hospice at Middlesex Hospital for their care and support.
Funeral Services will be held Weds morning at 10:30 A.M. from the D'Angelo Funeral Home, 22 South Main Street followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 A.M. at St. Mary's Church. Burial will be in St. Sebastian Cemetery. Relatives and friends may call at the Funeral Home Wednesday morning from 9-10:30.
